THE ORGANIZATION IS TO OWN, MANAGE, AND OPERATE A SENIOR CITIZEN APARTMENT COMPLEX COMPRISING OF 113 UNITS. THE ORGANIZATION IS ADMINISTERED AND REGULATED BY U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD). UNDER THIS PROGRAM, THE ORGANIZATION OFFER HOUSING TO THE LOW-INCOME SENIOR CITIZENS, SUBJECT TO REGULATION BY HUD AS TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. LOW RENTAL CHARGES TO TENANTS ARE RECOVERED BY HUD.
THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN AWARDED THE MULTIFAMILY SERVICE COORDINATOR GRANT WHICH IS SUBJECT TO ANNUAL RENEWALS.
