WE (1) PROVIDE SYSTEMS PLANNING AND DESIGN, (2) COORDINATE TELECOMMUNICATIONS, NETWORKING, AND DATA TRANSMISSION, (3) OFFER PROGRAMMING EXPERTISE, (4) PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN SOFTWARE, SYSTEMS, AND EQUIPMENT.
RATING SERVICES IS A LICENSED RATING ORGANIZATION IN MORE THAN 40 STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
