THE EASTERN STAR HOME OPERATES A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY AND PROVIDES AN ARRAY OF MEDICAL AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL FEDERAL AND STATE STANDARDS TO THE SENIOR POPULATION THROUGH THE COORDINATION OF PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL STAFF, LICENSED AND CERTIFIED CAREGIVERS, ALONG WITH SUPPORT STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS. THE HOME IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND TRANSFORMING FROM BEING SOLELY A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY BY REDUCING SKILLED BEDS AND ADDING ASSISTED LIVING BEDS.
