THE FUND FOR THE CITY OF NEW YORK WAS CREATED IN 1968 BY THE FORD FOUNDATION TO BE RESPONSIVE TO OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL NEW YORKERS BY WORKING TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF GOVERNMENT AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

CENTER FOR COURT INNOVATION PROGRAM HELPS THE JUSTICE SYSTEM AND VICTIMS, REDUCE CRIME, STRENGTHEN NEIGHBORHOODS AND IMPROVE PUBLIC TRUST IN JUSTICE. THE CENTER COMBINES ACTION AND REFLECTION TO SPARK INNOVATION LOCALLY, NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. CENTER FOR COURT INNOVATION DEPARTED AS A PARTNER PROGRAM EFFECTIVE 5/1/2022.
PARTNER PROGRAM PROVIDES FISCAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANCE TO MORE THAN 80 NONPROFIT PROJECTS THAT FOCUS ON BROAD RANGE OF PROGRAMS OF SOCIAL SERVICES, WOMEN, HEALTH, FAMILY AND EDUCATION.
