THE LEAGUE ACTS AS THE BARGANING AGENT FOR ITS MEMBERS IN LABOR CONTRACTS AND REPRESENTS THEM PRIMARILY IN THE NEGOTIATIONS WITH 1199 SEIU, UNITED HEALTHCARE WORKERS EAST.
