THE FOUNDATION IS EXEMPT FROM TAX LIABILITY UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES INCLUDE PUBLICIZING AND CONDUCTING FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS; MAINTAINING DONOR LISTS; CONDUCTING SPECIAL FUNDRAISING EVENTS; AND OTHERS ACTIVITIES INVOLVED WITH SOLICITING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS, FOUNDATIONS, CORPORATIONS AND OTHERS
