CBC CONDUCTS RESEARCH ON A NUMBER OF TOPICS, INCLUDING PUBLIC SERVICE EFFICIENCY AND EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION AND HEALTH CARE BENEFITS, MTA CAPITAL PLANNING AND OPERATING EFFICIENCY, HOUSING PRODUCTION AND LAND USE DECISIONS, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND ENERGY POLICES, HEALTH SPENDING, AS WELL AS ONGOING MONITORING OF THE CITY AND STATE BUDGETS.
