THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE THROUGH SOCIAL GATHERINGS, CULTURAL, SOCIAL, LITERARY AND MENTAL WELFARE; HIV EDUCATION AND PREVENTION; CULTIVATE AND PROMOTE MIXTECA CULTURE; PROVIDE RELIEF/ASSISTANCE/EDUCATION AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE HISPANIC IMMIGRANT COMMUNITY OF NEW YORK. IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE CHARITABLE PURPOSES, THE ORGANIZATION SHALL SPONSOR ACTIVITIES TO HALT THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DETERIORATION OF INNER CITY NEIGHBORHOODS AND PROMOTE AND SUPPORT CHARITABLE PROGRAMS THAT ADDRESS YOUTH VIOLENCE, CHILD ABUSE, POVERTY, MEDICAL ISSUES, HOMELESSNESS AND SIMILAR PROBLEMS.
