TO NURTURE AND SUPPORT EMERGING, UNDER-RECOGNIZED MID-CAREER AND WOMEN ARTISTS IN THE CREATION AND EXHIBITION OF NEW WORK, BY PROVIDING EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES, STUDIO WORKSPACE, AND ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE REALIZATION OF AMBITIOUS PROJECTS.

THE STUDIO PROGRAM PROVIDES ARTISTS WITH PRIVATE STUDIO SPACE AND ACCESS TO SHARED WORKSPACE, INCLUDING A DIGITAL PRODUCTION LAB AND FABRICATION STUDIO, AND A 5,000 FELLOWSHIP. A PANEL OF ARTS PROFESSIONALS SELECT THE ARTISTS FROM MORE THAN 500 APPLICANTS TO RECEIVE THIS ONE-YEAR RESIDENCY.
THE EXHIBITION PROGRAM IS THE CENTER OF THE ORGANIZATION. IT WAS DESIGNED TO ADVANCE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE VISUAL ARTS. THE FOCUS OF THE PROGRAM IS ON CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY-BASED PROJECTS, AS WELL AS TRADITIONAL ART FORMS, AND SEEKS TO EXPOSE THE WORKS OF EMERGING ARTISTS, WOMEN AND UNDERREPRESENTED MID-CAREER ARTISTS.
ART READY IS A MENTORSHIP PROGRAM DESIGNED TO GIVE HIGHSCHOOL STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE FIRST HAND WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE A PROFESSIONAL WORKING IN A VISUAL ARTS DISCIPLINE. PARTICIPATING STUDENTS WILL MEET A WIDE RANGE OF ARTISTS FROM EMERGING TO WELL KNOWN.
