SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR LOCAL STUDENTS BASED ON ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AND EXCELLENCE AS WELL AS ECONOMIC NEED. DONATIONS ARE MADE TO LOCAL CHARITIES BASED UPON REVIEW OF THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION BY THE BOARD.
