THE ORGANIZATION REPRESENTS THE INTEREST OF THOUSANDS OF NEW YORK HORSE OWNERS AND TRAINERS TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP FOR THE RACING INDUSTRY. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION HAS ESTABLISHED BENEVOLENCE AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS THAT LIVE AND WORK ON THE BACKSTRETCH OF THE NYRA RACETRACKS AND TRAINING CENTERS.

B.E.S.T. - BACKSTRETCH EMPLOYEES SERVICE TEAM - PROVIDES HEALTH AND MEDICAL BENEFITS AND DRUG AND ALCOHOL COUNSELING TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS THAT LIVE AND WORK ON THE BACKSTRETCH OF NYRA RACE TRACKS.


RETIRED AND RETRAINING OF THOROUGHBRED RACEHORSES AS HUNTERS AND JUMPERS AND PLEASURE HORSES.


RACETRACK CHAPLAINCY - PROVIDES SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE, RUNS RECREATION PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS AND CONDUCTS RELIGIOUS SERVICES TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS THAT WORK AND LIVE ON THE BACKSTRETCH OF NYRA RACE TRACKS.
