IN 2023, EVERGREEN RENTED MANUFACTURING AND INDUSTRIAL RENTAL REAL ESTATE TO 7 SMALL BUSINESSES AT A SUBSIDIZED RATE TO PRESERVE MANUFACTURING AND INDUSTRY IN NORTH BROOKLYN.
IN 2023 EVERGREEN STAFF SERVED 181 INDIVIDUAL BUSINESSES. BUSINESS CLIENTS LOOKED TO EVERGREEN FOR A WIDE VARIETY OF SERVICES; THE MOST FREQUENTLY REQUESTED SERVICES WERE BUSINESS PLANNING AND ASSISTANCE ACCESSING FINANCING AND INCENTIVES. EVERGREEN WAS ABLE TO HELP EIGHT LOCAL FIRMS APPLY FOR 15 DIFFERENT INCENTIVES. EVERGREEN ANSWERED 50 REQUESTS FOR FINANCING RELATED INQUIRIES AND ASSISTANCE IN 2023.
