NHCF'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO SUPPORTING, MAINTAINING, AND OTHERWISE BENEFITING AND BEING RESPONSIVE TO THE NEEDS AND OBJECTIVES OF NASSAU HEALTH CARE CORPORATION.
MENTAL HEALTH GRANT- TO PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH HIV INFECTION.
LINKAGE, RETENTION AND TREATMENT ADHERENCE SERVICES - TO PROVIDE A RANGE OF CLIENT CENTERED SERVICES THAT LINK HIV/AIDS CLIENTS WITH HEALTH CARE , PSYCHOSOCIAL AND OTHER SERVICES . ALSO INCLUDES TREATMENT ADHERENCE COUNSELING FOR ADHERENCE TO COMPLEX HIV/AIDS TREATMENTS.
