MAIMONIDES MIDWOOD COMMUNITY HOSPITAL (MMCH) IS A VOLUNTARY, NOT FOR PROFIT COMMUNITY HOSPITAL SERVING THE PATIENT COMMUNITY OF BROOKLYN, NY. IT IS ORGANIZED AS A 501(C)(3) CORPORATION. MMCH PROVIDES NEEDED MEDICAL CARE REGARDLESS OF AN INDIVIDUAL'S ABILITY TO PAY. SERVICES INCLUDE INPATIENT, ANCILLARY AND OUTPATIENT CARE IN KEEPING WITH THE HOSPITAL'S MISSION STATEMENT. DURING 2022, MMCH SERVICED APPROXIMATLY 5,900 INPATIENTS, PROVIDING APPROXIMATLY 35,600 PATIENT DAYS. THE EMERGENCY ROOM HAD APPROXIMATLY 23,000 VISITS AND AMBULATORY SURGERY HAD APPROXIMATLY 3,900 VISITS. MONOCOLONIAL ANTIBODY TREATMENTS WERE ADMINISTERED FOR THOSE THAT QUALIFIED.
