OUR PICTURESQUE, COUNTRY LIKE SETTING PROVIDES THE PERFECT ENVIRONMENT FOR PRE-SCHOOLERS TO FULFILL THEIR GREATEST POTENTIAL AND TO DEVELOP THE ATTITUDE TOWARD LEARNING WHICH WILL FOSTER THEIR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT. OUR NURSERY AND PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAMS PROVIDE AN ATMOSPHERE THAT ENCOURAGES SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL AND INTELLECTUAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHILD AS A WHOLE. 116 CHILDREN WERE SERVED BY THIS PROGRAM DURING THE YEAR.WHEN SUMMER COMES, WE TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE WEATHER MOVING MUCH OF OUR PROGRAM OUTDOORS. WE ALSO ADD MANY ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SWIM INSTRUCTION, COOPERATIVE GAMES, TEAM SPORTS AND FIELD TRIPS. OUR "SKILLS ORIENTED" PROGRAM ALWAYS TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THE CHILD'S AGE, STRENGTH AND EXPOSURE TO EACH ACTIVITY. ADDITIONALLY, AGE APPROPRIATE FIELD TRIPS TO LOCAL PARKS AND MUSEUMS ENHANCE A CHILD'S SENSIBILITIES OF THE NATURAL WORLD IN WHICH THEY LIVE. 640 CHILDREN WERE SERVED BY THIS PROGRAM DURING THE YEAR.
