OUR EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO FURTHER INTERNATIONAL UNDERSTANDING THROUGH CULTURAL EXCHANGE. THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMS WHEREBY TEENAGERS AND STUDENTS ARE BROUGHT TO THE UNITED STATES UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF STATE AND ARE INTRODUCED TO THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE. AN EFFORT IS ALSO MADE TO SEND TEENAGE AMERICANS ABROAD TO COMPLEMENT THE FOUNDATION'S ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.
