THE NAVY LEAGUE OF THE UNITED STATES IS DEDICATED TO EDUCATING CITIZENS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF SEA POWER TO U.S. NATIONAL SECURITY AND SUPPORTING THE MEN AND WOMEN OF THE SEA SERVICES AND THEIR FAMILIES.THE FOUNDATION MANAGES FUNDS FOR PROGRAMS AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE SAN DIEGO COUNCIL OF THE NAVY LEAGUE OF THE UNITED STATES, A CALIFORNIA PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION.DURING 2021 THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED $349,350 IN SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNCIL OF THE NAVY LEAGUE OF THE UNITED STATES. ADDITIONALY, DURING 2021 $32,108 WAS PROVIDED TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNCIL OF THE NAVY LEAGUE OF THE UNITED STATES TO FUND COUNCIL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEA CADETS, NJROTC, SEA SERVICE LIASON, AND SUPPORT OF ACTIVE DUTY NAVY AND MARINE CORPS EVENTS.
