PLAYS AN ACTIVE ROLE IN EDUCATING FEDERAL AND STATE LEGISLATORS, AND COMMUNITY LEADERS ON IMPORTANT ISSUES IMPACTING FOOD ACCESSIBILITY, AFFORDABILITY AND QUALITY.THE SNAP OUTREACH AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAM INCREASES PARTICIPATION IN THE MOST EFFECTIVE FEDERAL ANTI-HUNGER PROGRAM IN THE U.S. EHC!'S PROGRAM INCLUDES AN ON-LINE SNAP BENEFITS PRE-SCREENER AND A FULL-SERVICE, TOLL-FREE CALL CENTER.
