TO WUSTE TZEGA-CENTER FOR CULTURALLY-ADAPTED PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR ETHIOPIAN ISRAELIS, AFTER THE EVENTS OF OCTOBER 7TH. TO SET UP A HOTLINE IN AMHARRIC & HEBREW FOR ETHIOPIAN ISRAELI IMMIGRANTS, PROVIDE TRAINING IN ETHIOPIAN CULTURAL APPROACHES TO MEDICAL CARE TO OTHER THERAPISTS ACROSS THE NATION, AND TO PROVIDE COUNSELING AND INFORMATION TO THE ETHIOPIAN ISRAEIL COMMUNITY DURING THE WAR.


TO THE ASSOCIATION OF ETHIOPIAN JEWS (AEJ) TO SUPPORT THEIR ADVOCACY EFFORTS FOR THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF ETHIOPIAN ISRAELIS IN THE AREAS OF POLICE MIS-CONDUCT, OVER-POLICING AND POLICE BRUTALITY, AND ALSO EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN MUNICIPAL & NATIONAL GOVERNMENT JOBS AS WELL AS ESTABLISHING A RESOURCE AND REFERRAL CENTER FOR ETHIOPIAN ISRAELIS AFTER OCTOBER 7TH.


TO TECH CAREER - TECHNOLOGY TRAINING FOR ETHIOPIAN ISRAELIS,PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR TRAINING YOUNG ADULT ETHIOPIAN ISRAELI IN HIGH-TECH COMPUTER SKILLS ALONG WITH JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES, TO PROPEL THEM INTO LUCRATIVE, SECURE CAREERS IN HIGH-TECH COMPANIES IN ISRAEL.
