ADDITIONAL TRAININGSERVICES INCLUDE URBAN FARMING TRAINING AND SERVESAFE FOODHANDLERS CERTIFICATION.A NEW SOURCE OF FUNDING WAS RECEIVED IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000.00TO REVIEW THE EXISTING ADMINISTRATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE AND HELP BUILDCAPACITY.ADDITIONAL FUNDING WAS RECEIVED FROM THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT(ARPA) IN THE AMOUNT OF $250,000.00 TO IMPLEMENT A NEIGHBORHOODBASED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCEAND RESOURCES TO 300 LOCAL BUSINESSES.THE AGENCY EXPANDED ITS SCOPE OF SERVICES TO INCLUDE CERTIFIEDNURSES AID TRAINING AND RECEIVED A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF$120,000.00 FOR TRAINING AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
