WE ALSO PROVIDE ACTIVE HOUSING FOR INDEPENDENT RESIDENTS OVER FIFTY FIVE.

NURSING: FAIRVIEW IS A PREMIER NOT-FOR-PROFIT SKILLED NURSING FACILITY THAT PROVIDES 24 HOUR NURSING, SUB-ACUTE, HOSPICE AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES. OUR NURSING STAFF RECEIVES CONTINUING EDUCATION TO ADVANCE SKILLS AND UPGRADE THEIR CLINICAL KNOWLEDGE BASE. OUR SUB-ACUTE PROGRAM PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE INPATIENT REHABILITATION THERAPY FOLLOWING SURGERY OR A DEBILITATING ILLNESS. THERAPISTS TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE AGE AND FRAILTY OF PATIENTS AND INDIVIDUALIZE THEIR PROGRAMS TO LET PATIENTS WORK AT THEIR OWN PACE, ENABLING THEM TO REACH THEIR FULL PHYSICAL POTENTIAL.
REHABILITATIVE SERVICES: FAIRVIEW'S REHABILITATION SERVICES INCLUDE LICENSED, PROFESSIONAL PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPISTS TO PROVIDE SHORT AND LONG TERM REHABILITATION PROGRAMS DESIGNED BY OUR MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM. GOALS ARE DISCUSSED WITH THE RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ASSURE OPTIMAL OUTCOMES.
FELLOWSHIP MANOR AND THAMES EDGE: FELLOWSHIP MANOR AND THAMES EDGE ARE DESIGNED AS INDEPENDENT LIVING COMMUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS 55 OR OLDER. THESE COMMUNITIES ALLOW RESIDENTS TO MAINTAIN THEIR PRESENT LIVING STYLE BUT WITH ADDED CONVENIENCES. THE COMMUNITIES ARE OCCUPIED BY THOSE WHO ARE ABLE TO MAINTAIN AND PROVIDE FOR THEMSELVES. FELLOWSHIP MANOR AND THAMES EDGE OFFER EMERGENCY NURSING SERVICES, MEALS AVAILABLE AT THE BISTRO-CAFE LOCATED AT FAIRVIEW FROM 10:30 A.M. TO 4:30 P.M., MONTHLY OUTINGS, TRANSPORTATION, AND HOUSEKEEPING AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. FELLOWSHIP MANOR CONSISTS OF 24 APARTMENTS WHILE THAMES EDGE CONSISTS OF 40 COTTAGES. GRILLE 92 IS A PART OF THE THAMES EDGE EXPANSION, AND IS OPEN FOR DINNER THURSDAY, FRIDAY, AND SATURDAY.
