AS AN EDUCATIONAL MEDIUM, TO INSTRUCT AND TRAIN ITS MEMBERS IN THE TECHNICAL,PROGRAMMING AND PUBLIC SERVICE ASPECTS OF RADIO BROADCASTING AND IN THE METHODS, PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES OF THE BROADCAST INDUSTRY.
