LAND STEWARDSHIP AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THE TIVERTON LAND TRUST, WHICH ACHIEVED ACCREDITATION FROM THE LAND TRUST ALLIANCE ACCREDITATION COMMISSION IN 2014, MANAGES APPROXIMATELY 625 ACRES OF FARM, FOREST AND WOODLAND. A LARGE PORTION OF THIS PROPERTY IS PROVIDED FOR PUBLIC PASSIVE RECREATION HIKING, BIRD WATCHING WITH WELL MARKED TRAILS AND GARDENS. THE TIVERTON LAND TRUST ALSO OPERATES A SMALL FIELD FARM.
