THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED IN 1931 TO OWN AND OPERATE A CEMETERY IN JOHNSTON RHODE ISLAND. THE CEMETERY CONSISTS OF OVER 150 ACRES AND CURRENTLY HAS APPROXIMATELY 27,000 BURIALS. THE CARE OF THE CEMETERY IS IN PERPETUITY. DURING THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2022 THE CEMETERY DID APPROXIMATELY 425 BURIALS INCLUDING AT NEED AND PRE NEED. IN ADDITION DURING 2022 THE CEMETERY DID PRE NEED SALES FOR IN GROUND BURIALS AND ALSO PRE NEED SALES FOR ABOVE GROUND BURIALS AND MARKERS.
