ADULT LONG-TERM RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS PROVIDE A STABLE LONG-TERM HOUSING SOLUTION TO INDIVIDUALS IMPACTED BY DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, WHILE OFFERING BASIC SUPPORT TO MAXIMIZE INDEPENDENT LIVING. DURING THE CURRENT YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SERVICES TO 38 INDIVIDUALS.


PROGRAMS TO SERVE PEOPLE IMPACTED BY MENTAL ILLNESS, DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, AND OTHER CHALLENGES AT VARIOUS SITES THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY; HOMELESS PROGRAMS; EMERGENCY RESPITE SERVICES; MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM SERVICES; RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT SERVICES; REP PAYEE SERVICES; YOUTH SERVICES; OUTPATIENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES.
