THE CORPORATION PROVIDES MEDICALLY NECESSARY SERVICES TO PATIENTS WHO MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA UNDER ITS HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE ADMISSION CRITERIA. THE CORPORATION ALSO OFFERS SUPPORT TO ITS PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILY WITH ANY EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS THEY MAY HAVE. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO PATIENTS LIVING IN THE HOSPICE CENTER, INDIVIDUAL RESIDENCE, NURSING HOME, AND ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES.
