FRIENDS OF OTTERS WHICH PROVIDES A COMMUNITY-BASED SWIM TEAM KNOWN AS THE OYSTER RIVER OTTERS. THIS TEAM HAS APPROXIMATELY 230 PARTICIPANTS WHICH HELPS DEVELOP THEIR SWIMMING ABILITIES AND PROVIDES THE OPPORTUNITY TO GROW AS INDIVIDUALS.
