THROUGH FINANCING AND TECHNICAL AND BUSINESSES ASSISTANCE, S3IDF WORKS TO IMPROVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW-INCOME WORKERS, ADDRESS GENDER INEQUITIES, AND GENERATE ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS IN THE AGRICULTURE, WASTE/SANITATION, CLEAN ENERGY AND OTHER SECTORS.
