WE MET WITH NO DUES AND RECEIVED NO DONATIONS TO HOLD A FINAL MEMORIAL CONCERT FOR OUR DIRECTOR. WE WILL BE SUBMITTING MASSACHUSETTS FILING FEES AS REQUIRED WITH THE REMAINDER (APPROXIMATELY $267) GOING TO AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY IN MEMORY OF OUR DIRECTOR.
