THE MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PROMOTING SELF-ADVOCACY AND RELATED ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING EDUCATION OF INTERESTED PERSONS AND THE PUBLIC AT LARGE TO HELP ENSURE THAT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ARE TREATED EQUALLY WITH OTHER PEOPLE.
