FALL RIVER JEWISH HOME'S NURSING CARE (OR LONG-TERM CARE) PROGRAM CREATES A PERSONAL CARE PLAN FOR EACH RESIDENT THAT GUIDES THE ATTENTIVE CARE PROVIDED BY OUR NURSES AND OTHER CARE PROFESSIONALS. THE ORGANIZATION IS KNOWN FOR ITS DEDICATION TO EXCELLENT HIGH STAFF-TO-PATIENT RATIO AND 24/7 NURSING COVERAGE. NURSING CARE SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: REHAB AND THERAPY CARE; IV THERAPY; WOUND CARE; MOBILE X-RAY, EKG, AND LABORATORY SERVICES; PAIN MANAGEMENT AND PALLIATIVE CARE; REGISTERED DIETITIAN TO OVERSEE DIETARY NEEDS; PATIENT, FAMILY SUPPORT, AND COUNSELING BY LICENSED SOCIAL WORKERS; AND PHARMACY SERVICES.
