NACD, NEW ENGLAND CHAPTER (NACDNE) HOSTS AN ANNUAL "DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR" EVENT WHICH RECOGNIZES LEADERSHIP AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF CORPORATE BOARDS AND INDIVIDUAL DIRECTORS IN NEW ENGLAND. THROUGH A NATIONAL PRESENCE IN WASHINGTON, D.C. AND OVER 20 ACTIVE REGIONAL CHAPTERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY (WITH NACDNE BEING ONE OF THEM), THE NACD IS THE LEADING ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ENHANCING CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN THE UNITED STATES.
