YOUVILLE PLACE PROVIDED 28,429 DAYS OF SERVICE TO ITS RESIDENTS DURING THE CALENDAR YEAR 2021. YOUVILLE PLACE FOLLOWS THE METHODOLOGY THAT IS RECOMMENDED BY THE CATHOLIC HEALTH ASSOCIATION FOR CALCULATING THE COST OF SUPPORT FOR THE BROADER COMMUNITY. IN THE METHODOLOGY, THE COST OF PROVIDING SERVICES IS REDUCED BY PAYMENTS RECEIVED FOR SERVICES RESULTING IN A NET COST. IT IS THE NET COST OF PROGRAMS DIRECTED TO THE NEEDY COMPARED TO THE ACTUAL REIMBURSEMENT FOR THOSE SERVICES. YOUVILLE HOUSE HAD A TOTAL COMMUNITY BENEFIT OF $842,094, OF WHICH $831,565 WERE RENTS SUBSIDIZED BY THE ORGANIZATION.
