THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS PROVIDING OPPORTUNITY FOR ARTISTIC GROWTH FOR THEATRE PROFESSIONALS SUCH AS ACTORS, DESIGNERS AND DIRECTORS. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE SEEKING A PROFESSION IN THEATRICAL PRODUCTION SUCH AS SET BUILDING AND PAINTING, COSTUME CONSTRUCTION, AND SOUND/LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY TO WORK WITH PROFESSIONALS IN THEIR FIELD AND EXPAND THEIR KNOWLEDGE IN PREPARATION FOR A CAREER IN THEATRE PRODUCTION. THE ORGANIZATION FOSTERS THE WORK OF NEW PLAYWRIGHTS IN THE COMMISSION OF NEW WORKS AS WELL AS ALLOCATING SPACE IN THE SEASON FOR FULL SCALE PRODUCTION OF NEW PLAYS.
