CONDUCTS A SIMILAR EVENT FOR PUBLIC ENTERTAINMNET CALLED THE GREAT SCHOONER RACE WHERE LOCAL VESSELS RACE TO A POINT IN CAPE COD BAY WITH THE PUBLIC WATCHING AND ROOTING THE EVENT ON
