JACKETS WERE ISSUED TO THE BOARD MEMBERS FOR IDENTIFICATION ON THE BASEBALL GROUNDS AND FIELDS. HATS AND SHIRTS WERE ISSUED TO MINOR LEAGUE UMPIRES. TOTAL PLAYERS WERE APPROXIMATELY 803 PLAYERS FOR WINTER TRAINING, SPRING, SUMMER CAMP, TOURNAMENTS AND FALL BALL.

UMPIRE EXPENSE INCLUDES INSTRUCTIONAL CLASSES, EQUIPMENT AND STAFF NEEDED TO OVERSEE AND CONTROL ALL ORGANIZED BASEBALL GAMES FROM APRIL THROUGH OCTOBER FOR AGES 8-21 YRS OLD. TWO UMPIRES ARE USED FOR JUNIOR, INTERNATIONAL, SENIOR, TRAVEL, SUMMER TOURNAMENTS; ONE UMPIRE FOR MAJOR LEAGUE GAMES. APPROXIMATELY 456 GAMES WERE HOSTED DURING THE YEAR.
EQUIPMENT INCLUDES THE PURCHASE OF BASEBALLS FOR THREE SEASONS FOR ALL LEAGUES AND TEAMS. NEW AND REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT FOR PLAYERS/COACHES INCLUDING CATCHERS GEAR, HELMETS, BATS, UMPIRE EQUIPMENT AND EQUIPMENT BAGS.
