THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ADEQUATE HOUSING FACILITIES ON A NOT-FOR-PROFIT BASIS FOR THE USE AND OCCUPANCY OF ELDERLY, AGED OR HANDICAPPED PERSONS AND OTHER SERVICES SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF THE ELDERLY, AGED AND HANDICAPPED AND TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, AND HAPPINESS IN LONGER LIVING.
