NORTHEAST SENIOR HEALTH CORP. (NSHC) IS COMPRISED OF THE HERRICK HOUSE ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY WHICH IS AN ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY LOCATED ON THE UPPER CAMPUS OF NORTHEAST HOSPITAL CORPORATION D/B/A BEVERLY HOSPITAL IN BEVERLY, MASSACHUSETTS. NORTHEAST HOSPITAL CORPORATION IS AN AFFILIATE OF HERRICK HOUSE AND IS ALSO EXEMPT FROM INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. HERRICK HOUSE INCLUDES 68 PRIVATE, TRADITIONAL ASSISTED LIVING APARTMENTS AND 16 APARTMENTS IN THE SECURE SPECTRUM MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY THAT FOCUSES ON CARE FOR THOSE WHO SUFFER FROM COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTS, PROVIDING A LIFESTYLE THAT PROMOTES COMPASSION, DIGNITY, AND RESPECT IN A SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT. THE COMMUNITY ALSO TRANSITIONED TO A NEW PHARMACY, WOODMARK, AND UTILIZES THE POINTCLICKCARE MEDICATION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE MODULE TO IMPROVE TRACKING OF MEDICATIONS AND RESIDENT CARE.IN ADDITION TO THE PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS NOTED ABOVE, THE BILH NETWORK HAD SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES ACROSS ENTITIES RELATED TO BOTH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND ITS RESPONSE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
