ADULT DAY HEALTH SERVICES - EVERETT AND DUTTON CENTERS - THE EVERETT CENTER SERVICES A VERY DIVERSE, PRIMARILY VERY LOW-INCOME, GROUP OF ADULTS WHO HAVE MEDICAL CONDITIONS REQUIRING CONSISTENT MONITORING AND INTERVENTION. THE CENTER PROVIDES A HOLISTIC DAY PROGRAM CONSISTING OF NURSING CARE, THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITIES, MEALS, SOCIAL SERVICES AND TRANSPORTATION.
ALZEHEIMER'S SPECIALTY ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE - MEDFORD AND LOWELL CENTERS - THE MEDFORD CENTER IS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY TO SERVE THOSE WITH MEMORY LOSS. BOTH CENTERS HAVE A HIGH STAFF TO CLIENT RATIO AND EMPHASIZE PROGRAMMING THAT REDUCES FRUSTRATION AND HEIGHTENS SELF-ESTEEM. NURSING SERVICES, SOCIAL SERVICES, MEALS, TRANSPORTATION AND CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUPS ARE PROVIDED.
