GREENFIELD TEEN HOUSING - 10 EFFICIENCY APARTMENTS WHICH PROVIDE SUBSIDIZED SUPPORTIVE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME HOMELESS YOUNG ADULTS AGES 18 - 25.
BASIC CENTER - HELPS CREATE AND STRENGTHEN COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS THAT MEET THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS OF RUNAWAY AND HOMELESS YOUTH UNDER 18 YEARS OLD. IN ADDITION, BCP TRIES TO REUNITE YOUNG PEOPLE WITH THEIR FAMILIES OR LOCATE APPROPRIATE ALTERNATIVE PLACEMENTS.
TRANSITIONAL LIVING - PROGRAM HOUSES OLDER YOUTH EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND HELPS PREPARE THEM FOR ADULTHOOD THROUGH LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND ACCESS TO OTHER SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. HOUSING FIRST - PROGRAM PROVIDES CONNECTIONS TO HOUSING, AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO MAINTAIN THAT HOUSING, TO LGBTQ HOMELESSNESS AND CHRONICALLY HOMELESS YOUNG ADULTS AGED 18-24. YOUTH HOUSING RESOURCES - PROGRAM PROVIDES HOUSING STABILITY TO HOMELESS YOUTH AGES 18-24. PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES SERVICES TO THOSE SAME YOUTH INCLUDING COUNSELING AND ACCESS TO OTHER SERVICES.
