EDUCATIONAL - DURING 2022 THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE AND ADMINISTRATION, COORDINATION, MATERIALS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE VARIOUS MEETINGS AND ACTIVITIES FOR WHICH ALMOST 400 YOUNG MEN (AGES 12-21) ARE MEMBERS. THESE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE

CONCLAVE (CONFERENCE) AN ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL EVENT PROMOTING PROGRAM PLANNING, CIVIC SERVICE, ATHLETICS, LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVE, RULES OF ORDER, ELECTION OF OFFICERS, EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, AND FRATERNAL GROWTH. THIS EVENT DEVELOPS THE UPCOMING YEAR'S PROGRAMS, PLANS, AND SCHEDULES. X


ADDITIONAL PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE DEGREE WORK, SPECIAL MEETINGS, HONOR AND AWARD CEREMONIES, TRAINING WORKSHOPS AND EDUCATION FOR ADVISORS, PLANNING, AND PROGRAMMING SESSIONS. ALSO INCLUDED IS THE INFRASTRUCTURE NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE MULTITUDE OF PROGRAM OFFERINGS.


ISC SESSION AND CONGRESS THIS IS A MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF DEMOLAY AS WELL AS ADULT AND MEMBER LEADERS. ELECTION OF INTERNATIONAL YOUTH AND ADULT OFFICERS ARE HELD AS WELL AS VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL, LEGISLATIVE, AND LEADERSHIP SESSIONS ARE HELD. ALSO, THERE IS PROGRAMMED TIME FOR THE MEMBERS TO SOCIALIZE WITH FELLOW MEMBERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD AND ENJOY SOME FUN AND ACTIVITIES.


ACTIVITIES AND ATHLETICS INCLUDED ARE THE FEES FOR EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, AND ATHLETIC ACTIVITIES WHICH HELPS TO DEFRAY THE COST OF SPONSORING THESE EVENTS. THESE ACTIVITIES AND ATHLETIC COMPETITIONS ARE INTENDED TO ASSIST IN FULFILLING THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN OUR MISSION STATEMENT.
