SHORE COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL PROVIDES EDUCATION TO 348 STUDENTS IN PRE-K/KINDERGARTEN TO 9TH GRADE.
AUXILIARY ACTIVITIES - SEA SHORE, AN AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM, PROVIDES A WIDE VARIETY OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS. THE PROGRAM OFFERS CHILDCARE, SUPERVISED STUDY HALL, AND ENRICHMENT CLASSES. CHILDCARE PROVIDES A RANGE OF FUN ACTIVITIES INCLUDING SPORTS, GAMES, COMPUTERS, ARTS AND CRAFTS, AS WELL AS EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES FOR STUDENTS. SUPERVISED STUDY HALL IS AN OPTION FOR STUDENTS NEEDING EXTRA TIME TO WORK ON THEIR HOMEWORK IN A QUIET, SUPERVISED ENVIRONMENT. ENRICHMENT CLASSES INCLUDE PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS, MANDARIN CHINESE, TAE KWON DO, AND WOODWORKING. ALSO, THE SCHOOL OFFERS A VARIETY OF CAMPS INCLUDING FIELD HOCKEY, GIRLS LACROSSE, CERAMICS, AND A VARIETY OF OTHERS.
