HONOR THE LIFE OF LT. DENNIS W. ZILINSKI II KILLED IN ACTION BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO IMPROVE THE MORALE AND WELFARE OF U.S. ARMED FORCES AND THEIR FAMILIES. ADDITIONALLY TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO INDIVIDUALS WHO EMBODY HIS LEADERSHIP QUALITIES AND COMMUNITY SPIRIT

Part 3 - Line 4a

THE FUND ASSISTS MEMBERS OF THE U.S. ARMED FORCES AND THEIR FAMILIES BY FINANCIALLY ASSISTING WOUNDED WARRIORS OF THE IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN WARS. EXAMPLES INCLUDE SPONSORING TRAINED SERVICE DOGS FOR WOUNDED VETERANS AND THOSE SUFFERING WITH PTDS AND/OR TBI INJURY. ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED TO ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THE MILITARY AND WORKING SOLDIER DOGS WITH CARE PACKAGES. OUTING, LUNCHES AND DINNER ARE ARRANGED TO HONOR MEMBERS OF OUR ARMED FORCES. FINANCIAL AID IS GIVEN TO THE WOUNDED FOR SURGERIES, RECUPERATION, EQUIPMENT, SPECIALLY DESIGNED VEHICLES AND LIVING EXPENSES. FINANCIAL ASSITANCE IS GRANTED TO OTHER CHARITABLE OR EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS WITH MISSIONS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF OUR WARRIORS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND TO HONOR THOSE WHO HAVE GIVEN THEIR LIVES FOR OUR COUNTRY. THE FUND ALSO INVESTS IN THE FUTURE OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS.
