SNOWBOARDERS AND SKIERS FOR CHRIST IS A GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATION THAT EXISTS TO BRIDGE THE SKI/SNOWBOARD CULTURE TO JESUS, PARTNERING WITH THE LOCAL CHURCH TO BE THE LIGHT OF JESUS TO SUCH CULTURE.

SNOWBOARDERS AND SKIERS FOR CHRIST (SFC), IN ADDITION TO BRIDGING THE SKI AND SNOWBOARD CULTURE TO JESUS, ALSO EXISTS TO PREVENT SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND OTHER MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. SFC'S EMPLOYEES ARE ALSO ITS MINISTERS TO PEOPLE AND ITS VOLUNTEERS IN THE SKI AND SNOWBOARD CULTURE. ACCORDINGLY, SFC TAKE THE POSITION THAT ALL OF ITS INCOME AND EXPENSES GO TO SERVING ITS MISSION. APART FROM SALARIES FOR ITS EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS, SFC HOSTS ACTIVITIES WITH THE CONTRIBUTIONS IT RECEIVES, SUCH AS THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR THE TRAINING AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF VOLUNTEERS. SFCS EVENTS ARE WELL ATTENDED AND APPRECIATED.
