EDUCATIONAL CONVENTIONS AND SEMINARS - PROMOTES HIGHER EDUCATION AND SELF DEVELOPMENT. 11 EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WERE PROVIDED AND 10 FACILITATORS COMPLETED THESE PROGRAMS. 4 LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS WERE PROVIDED WITH 133 DELEGATES AT THE 179TH SPENCER INSTITUTE, 36 DELEGATES AT THE 10TH VIRTUAL MID-YEAR LEADERSHIP RETREAT, AND 156 DELEGATES AT THE VIRTUAL ROWE REGIONAL CONFERENCES.
