YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS PROTECT THE BASIC RIGHTS OF VULNERABLE YOUTH, ENCOURAGE PERSONAL GROWTH, PROMOTE POSITIVE BEHAVIOR CHANGE AND DEVELOP FUTURE LEADERS.
