MOUNT ANTHONY HOUSING CORPORATION (MAHC) IS DOING BUSINESS AS CENTERS FOR LIVING AND REHABILITATION (CLR) AND IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING, MANAGING, AND OPERATING NURSING HOMES. IN FY21, MAHC SOLD OFF 80% OF THE CORPORATION AND IS NO LONGER INVOLVED IN THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS OF PROVIDING LONG TERM CARE AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES. FY23 PROGRAM REVENUE AND EXPENSES CONSIST SOLELY OF OUR 20% EQUITY, NET INVESTMENT INCOME, RESIDUAL PAYOR ADJUSTMENTS AND RESIDUAL DIRECT COSTS RELATED TO PROVIDING LONG TERM CARE AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES.
