THE VERMONT ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, INC. CONDUCTS A LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM TO DEVELOP LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR LOCAL BOARDS AND MAKE THEM AWARE FO RESOURCES THEY CAN ACCESS FOR THEIR MEMBERS. IN CONJUNCTION, WE ALSO ORGANIZE AN ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE DAY TO MAKE MEMBERS AWARE OF LEGISLATION THAT MIGHT EFFECT THE REAL ESTATE MARKET OR HOME OWNERS. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, WE PROVIDE AN EXTENSIVE SCHEDULE OF CLASSES ON REGULATORY TOPICS WHICH ASSISTS MEMBERS IN MAINTAINING THEIR LICENSING REQUIREMENTS. FINALLY THE ASSOCIATION OFFERS AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE FOR MEMBERS TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SEMINARS AND INFORMATION ON MARKET AND INDUSTRY TRENDS FROM NATIONAL SPEAKERS.
