MAKING HISTORIC BARRETT HALL AVAILABLE AS A MEETING-GATHERING PLACE (AT NOMINAL CHARGES) TO THE TOWN, LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND THE TOWN'S PEOPLE FOR MEETINGS, GATHERINGS, THEATER PRODUCTIONS, DINNERS, AND CONCERTS. THE TOWN OF STRAFFORD HOLDS 4 TO 6 INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS -HEARINGS EVERY YEAR(AT NO CHARGE TO THE TOWN), STRAFFORD AREA SENIORS USE THE HALL FOR WEEKLY LUNCHES AND THE STRAFFORD AREA LIONS CLUB HOLDS MONTHLY DINNER MEETINGS AT THE HALL. THE HALL IS ALSO USED FOR THE YEARLY CHURCH RUMMAGE SALE, THE YEARLY CHURCH THEATER PRODUCTION, AND MANY OTHER NON-PROFIT GROUPS USE THE BARRETT HALL FOR FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES, MEETINGS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.
MAKING BARRETT HALL AVAILABLE TO THE STRAFFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT AS AN AUDITORIUM, THEATER AND CONCERT SPACE FOR A NOMINAL YEARLY FEE. BARRETT HALL IS USED BY THE SCHOOL FOR WEEKLY MUSIC LESSONS, CHRISTMAS AND OTHER CONCERTS AND 3 TO 5 SCHOOL PLAY PRODUCTIONS EACH YEAR.
