PRIOR TO MARCH 17, 2020, RED RIVER THEATRES, INC ("RRT") WAS OPEN 7DAYS A WEEK UNTIL FORCED TO CLOSE DUE TO THE COVID19 PANDEMIC. RRT REOPENED IN JULY 2021 STARTING WITH 3DAYS A WEEK AND THEN EXPANDING TO 4DAYS A WEEK BY JUNE 2022.RED RIVER THEATRES SOLD TICKETS, SCREENED FILMS AND HOSTED FILM FESTIVALS. GUESTS ARE ABLE TO CHOOSE FROM THE BEST IN INDEPENDENT FILMS, DOCUMENTARIES, FOREIGN, AND CLASSIC FILMS. SCREENINGS OFTEN INCLUDE POSTFILM DISCUSSION WITH THE FILMMAKERS, EXPERTS, OR PROFESSIONALS SPEAKING ON THE TOPICS AND THEMES IN THE FILM AND OFFER AUDIENCES THE OPPORTUNITY TO ASK QUESTIONS AND START CONVERSATIONS. RED RIVER THEATRES IS ALSO A VENUE FOR LOCAL AND FIRSTTIME FILMMAKERS.
